Ballet Folklorico

Jalisco is one of the most recognizable regions in Ballet Folklorico. Jalisco brings a lot of joy when dancers come out with there charro outfits coqueteando with the girls. Jalisco has multiple dances that are danced with passion and some other ones are danced just to be danced. The most famous dance is called La Negra. La Negra means that charro is trying to chase her Negra around while dancing and then they both fall in love in the end. Jalisco consists of the steps which are called Zapateados de tres, cruzados, and the most fun step to do called El Borracho. This region has to be one of my favorite ones and the most I enjoy dancing.

Sinaloa is an amazing region. It shows a lot of enthusiasm in their state that they like to dance. There region is famous for there step called Zapateados. Zapateados are a very fun step to do. Sinaloa's dressing is a plain colored shirt, white pants for guys. For girls, they were a big dress and colorful and they wear a hairpiece that looks like a flower. Famous dances are El Sinaloense, and La Cuichi. La Cuichi is like a bird so that means that the guys need to imitate how a bird moves while doing the dance. Sinaloa is an amazing region so you should check it out more often.
